White Blackberry Bold 9700 Launches In China

No slowing down for RIM around the World as Bold White 9700 launches in China. Hong Kong - Research In Motion on August 4, 2010 announced the launch of the white BlackBerry Bold 9700 smart phone in Hong Kong, which is expected to be available from August 6.
The new BlackBerry® smartphone will be available from a wide range of retail outlets throughout Hong Kong for the first time, and customers will be able to purchase the white BlackBerry Bold 9700 without a service contract.
“Today marks a significant step in growing the presence of BlackBerry smartphones in Hong Kong with expanded retail distribution,” said Norm Lo, Vice President, Asia Pacific, Research In Motion. “The white BlackBerry Bold 9700 offers an extensive array of high-end communications and multimedia features in a compact and stylish design. It is a perfect tool for customers who want to easily manage both their personal and business needs.”

The white BlackBerry Bold 9700 smartphone will be available from authorized retail outlets at a recommended retail price of HK$5,188
